During what period can I return my order?
Return the product without reason within 30 days. The direct cost of returning the product are for your own expense. For further information please check our General Terms and Conditions.
- The items that will be returned must meet the following requirements:
- The item has not been used, altered or damaged while in your possession.
- The item is complete.
- The item is in the original packing, which has not been damaged.
How can I return an article?
To return an item you must first send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive the details you need to return the item to us. Since you are responsible for the return shipping, we encourage you to send the shipment as a parcel with tracking number. Based on the tracking number you can see at the carrier chosen where the package is and when your return has been delivered to our return address. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received and processed your return shipment.
What are the return shipping costs?
Return the goods, preferably in the same packaging, it will cost you € 6,50 (PostNL). Be sure to keep the track and trace code.
What should I do if I have received an incorrect or damaged article?
Once you have received your order, please carefully check the entire content of the order, in the same way you would do in a shop. If you have received a defective or incorrect article we ask you to send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible. We contact you in 5 business days and take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
The period in which you can expect the purchase amount back in your account is within 5 days after revocation.
